MINUTES OF THE ACF MEETING

ACF MINNEAPOLIS CHAPTER MINUTES MARCH 25, 2003 Meeting.

Held at HTC north campus with our host Carlo Castagneri. Thank you for the meeting site. Tonight was also the first night of the juniors dinner buffet fund raiser. The educational portion of the meeting was given by Yvonne Wood on supplying the food needed for shelters and the numbers of people in need.

The Juniors did a great job on the buffet tickets were 10.00 per person.

Meeting was called to order at 8:00pm sharp. Roll call of officers all present. Frankie called for committee

Reports. Tom Berg talked about the academy of chef and what it takes to get ready. Jeff LaBeau talked about our next fund raiser September 13 Helping Paws Inc. Sheraton West Hotel and what great success it was last year and how much support the hotel staff gave the ACF. Frankie then talked about some news from the national and she reminded everyone about the ACF Central Regional Convention. At the Westin Galleria, Houston Texas. Many of our members will be attending this years convention. Chris Dwyer introduced Cynthia Cook, Inc. she is working with Rainbow stores and needs junior members to do in store Demonstrations and give out samples. Carlo Castagneri has all the certification material if anyone needs help to please connect him. To the best of my knowledge and because my notes from this evenings meeting went in the trash before I could transcribe them I respectfully submit these meeting minutes.
