I work for Fairview Lakes and am involved in planning a 14th annual womans conference at Hazelden in Center City on Thurs eve March 27, 08. We are looking for a female (sorry) chef who could do a cooking demo talk, mixing a bit of philosophy, humor, talking about something like "Cooking up the rest of your life" tying healthy eating to healthy living. We typically have about 250 women attend this free conference c0-sponsored by Hazelden, St Croix Hospital, Fairview and the public health agencies from Polk county & Chisago County. Any possibilities?

Carla, The last I knew, Allison was the pastry chef at Hazelden. Great personality and good enough to make me gain a few pounds when I worked there. I believe Joe Zahner is the Director of Nutrition Services, he would be the "Go To" person.
