Executive Chef at Burl Oaks Golf Club. Duties include, menu 
development, order, cost control, inventory, managing 4-8 cooks plus 
sous chef in the summer, being involved in board meetings. Good 
postition for sous chef that is looking to become a executive chef or
executive chef that has a few years experience. Full paid heath 
insurance and 401k.
